Friday favorites 4.11 – The fitnessista

Hello friends! Happy Friday! What’s going on this weekend? We have an NCL event, two birthday parties, and meet with friends at the pool for dinner. I also waned with mine IHP 3 studies, So I plan to do big uphill.

(Nothing like a decaf Americano and a gluten -free donut)

It’s already here in the 90s, but I somehow love it. So ready for summer. I hope you have a fun weekend!

Last week was ours Carmina Burana Performance and it was epic. ((Take a look at the article here And a small clip from our choir practice.) It was a gift to be surrounded by so many talented musicians, and the venue was full; Almost completely sold out for the show on Sunday. The pilot brought the children on Friday and Madre and Nani came to the show on Sunday. LIV also had a dance competition at the same event location, so I was Mrs. Doubtfire-in-in-In-In-In-In-In-In-Ingestor and Dance Mother Life.

It’s time for the weekly Friday favorite party! Here I share some of my favorite finds from the week and on the Internet. I always love to hear from your favorites. Please scream something that you love in the comment area below.

Fashion + beauty + accidental:

This week was our first official week in Homeschooling P. (LIV is happy and thrives at school that she used in January.) I am working on a blog post with all the details – it is going on on Tuesday – but it runs even better than I expected. We are able to spend a good time together, learn and have freedom to adapt the plan as needed. I have never intended to be a homeschool mother, but I love it so far.

Every day we work on reading, writing, mathematics and make Maisey for a walk. We add to scientific experiments, baking, art, Spanish and social sciences/geography throughout the week. I definitely fly at the seat of my pants, but I am for other homeschool mothers who helped me with advice and curricula!

Make these blueberry crispy as soon as possible.

Sweet potato soup with roasted cauliflower crumbles.

We are all obsessed with Spanish tortillas (And they were a great frantity for Lent). Here is the prescription.

Everyone buys cars and electronics with the entire tariff situation and I buy olive oil here. #Priorities

I just wanted to share this customer win for the week! This customer had a weight plateau and fought with inflammation, joint pain and dry eyes. We played the long game, starting with functional tests to determine imbalances, to complain about your body, to work on the regulation of the nervous system and to repair your metabolism with the reverse diet.

She has earned her way to a cut and is now eating the same amount of calories that she worked when we worked together, losing weight, improving centimeters, her body composition, stronger with her training sessions, and the eye problems and the common pain are not existent. It is absolutely crushed and it was amazing to see her progress.

Thank you for stopping by the blog today! I wish you a great weekend and I’ll see you soon!
