In France, the country’s new Prime Minister, François Bayrou, has appointed a new cabinet. These include some serious political heavyweights in French politics, including two former prime ministers, Elisabeth Borne and Manuel Valls. However, like the last government, the new cabinet is heavily populated by representatives of the French center-right movement, which once again raises the specter of a possible vote of no confidence from the political opposition.
