Doha – The Royal Maroccan Football Federation (FRMF) has prompted FIFA referee Ismail El Fath to save a comprehensive revision of the country’s referee system.
El Fath, a prominent Moroccan-American official, will carry out a comprehensive examination of the incumbent structure Morocco, which works with the national referee department and the central referee commission to develop strategic improvements.

El Fath was born in Casablanca in 1982 and began his reigning career as the fourth official in 2011 and made his debut for the Major League Soccer the following year.
Since he became a FIFA referee in 2016, he has served several important tournaments, including the 2019 U-20 World Championship, the 2019 FIFA Club World Championship and the 2022 FIFA World Championship in Qatar.
His experience also extends to Concacaf competitions in which he has achieved several Gold Cup games.
With the press, El Fath promised to use his international specialist knowledge and to work with Moroccan officials to increase the national referee Standards.
