Fes-Meknes: More than 108 million DH for the modernization of pottery and lime kilns
An amount of DH108.6 million will enable the modernization of traditional pottery and lime kilns in the Fes-Meknes region. This project, confirmed by the Fez-Meknes Region Chamber of Crafts during its last regular meeting, will be implemented under a partnership agreement. It is part of the sixth strategic axis of the Regional Development Program (PDR), dedicated to protecting natural resources and ecology in the face of climate change.
The initiative will reduce air pollution caused by the pottery and lime industries while ensuring the sustainability of environmental cleanup of traditional businesses in the region.
