Mohamed Boudrika, the former MP and President of Raja Club Athletic, finally landed in Morocco after being delivered from Germany, where he had been in custody since July 2024.
Accompanied by the Moroccan police, which flew to Frankfurt Collect himBoudrika landed on the Mohammed V International Airport from Casablanca last Thursday and put an end to his eight -month legal floating in Europe.
The 42-year-old was caught last summer at Hamburg Airport under an international arrest warrant issued by Rabat. It is accused of a list of crimes, including the exhibition of cumshots, checks, fraud, fraud and falsification of the documents.
In February, Germany’s top court in Hamburg gave the green light for his delivery. The country’s German office then states the handover after he had ironed out the legal details.
In Morocco, Boudrika has been transferred to Ain Sebaa’s prison – generally known as Oukacha, where he will remain in custody until further investigations and legal proceedings.
The attempts by his legal team to stop delivery by the German Constitutional Court were ultimately unsuccessful. His case is now being continued as part of the Moroccan judicial system.
Boudrika, who previously served as a member of the parliamentary mandate by the Morocco Constitutional Court in January, has now been taken to the prison of Ain Sebaa – generally known as Oukacha. It is expected that he will appear before an investigative judge before the Casablanca Court of Appeal in order to face the indictment, with the boss output bad checks among them.
In an earlier judgment, Boudrika was convicted by the Ain Sebaa Court and imposed a one -year suspension together with a fine of MAD 232,500.
Further legal proceedings are now being developed on Moroccan soil.
