Entrepreneurship: A regional alliance is formed in the Gitex to change the situation


A memorandum of Understanding (Mou) was signed on Wednesday in Marrakech during the 3rd edition of the Gitex Africa Marocco, which characterized the official start of the collective for the promotion of the regional region of regional entrepreneurship-Marakech-Safi region (Copere). This agreement, which was initialized by several institutional actors, aims to energetic local entrepreneurship based on a series of structural initiatives with the focus of the regional investment center of Marrakech Safi (CRI-MS).

The Copere supported by GIZ is intended to make an integrated mechanism to facilitate the support of the entrepreneurs to facilitate access to financing, to strengthen the capacity of local actors and to promote an environment that is beneficial for innovation. This partnership should make it possible to strengthen the effects of entrepreneurial initiatives and contribute to the sustainable economic development of the region, with the focus on creating and innovation of jobs.

Mohamed Amine Sabibi, Deputy General Director of CRI-MS, emphasized that the Copere was a strategic instrument that emphasizes the cooperation between the various private and public actors, as well as on collective intelligence to support entrepreneurs in the region, regardless of their journey.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed in the presence of representatives of the German embassy, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Financing and Inclusion as well as the most important players in the regional ecosystem. This initiative is part of the project promises ā€œPromotion of the entrepreneurshipā€ of GIZ and one of the flagship events of the Gitex Africa, which brings together students, creators and institutions around the digital future of the kingdom.
