Ouakrim repeated the concern of the Moroccans that this repetition harms other actors who seem to have forgotten filmmakers in recent years. “The concentration on the same actor is for talented actors and actresses who are outlawed and have no possibilities that they earn because they are not part of the clique,” he said.
The critic added that the same faces are also used in commercial advertisements, since he says that companies have the choice when choosing the same actors.
In this context, Ouakrim was particularly disapproved by the Moroccan actress Dounia Boutazout, who after him repeats the same action in every role she plays. “She does not try to develop her acting. You can even notice how she plays the role of a businesswoman, for example, as she plays that of a Bedouin.”
This monopoly, especially in the case of Boutazout, which currently leads four programs for three television stations – Al Aoula, 2m and MBC5 – was criticized by the Moroccan audience.
The actress reacted to the increasing criticism during her appearance at Al Aoula talk show “Maa Lfamila” and said that it was normal and artistically “healthy” for actors to appear in several films and series.
“We studied for four years so that we can work. Why should you withdraw from the work? We have obligations and responsibilities, and we are professional actors, so it is illogical that everyone asks us to no longer work, just because we appear in more than one series, ”she explained.
Assembly criticism on 2m
Moroccans were particularly loud on social media about their contempt for national television programs in general. Many have evenly decided From the reputation of Moroccan television due to its conviction that the content does not agree to Moroccan principles and values.

They criticized the choice of filmmakers with Kadosh and found that Kadosh had bad acting skills and that Darija is forced and difficult to understand.
