Easy Week – Bionicoldguy

This was a simple training week because we went south over the weekend, so I took a few days off. I still drove a few hard days with sprints and intervals and two days of upper body training.

The wedding was our friend’s daughter, whom we have known and loved since her toddler. The bride and the groom bought a house on a good property with a very nice backdrop in the back yard in Woodland Hills, and the ceremony and reception were held there. It was a nice ceremony, the first Jewish wedding in which I took part, and we had a good time at the reception. The weekend was not perfect due to some travel rest. Neither my wife nor I have gone too much lately, apart from the activities of daily life, but this trip required a lot. At first we had to park very far from the terminal in San Jose, then it turned out that there was a long walk from the terminal from the terminal to picking up rental cars at Burbank Airport. Even if you are in a decent form, you cannot be used to that you cannot lead to pain, and sure enough that I got shin -on -legs and my wife a aching leg, but we are better after a few days.

On the way back we were a bit behind the schedule to reach the airport. It did not help Google Maps screwed it up: I was looking for “Bur”, which it should recognize as an airport code, instead we brought to a train station near the airport. To recover after this error and then take the long walk from the rental car again to the terminal, meant that it would be closely due to security due to security. But it turned out that our flight was delayed anyway. A delay of 10 minutes would have been perfect, but it was an hour. After that, things went smoothly. In retrospect, all of this was a small mistake that was worth seeing Nikki’s wedding.

On Monday I returned to Easy cycling and then went to the hill southwest of Morgan Hill with my group. We had some new drivers who hadn’t been out there before, and it was nice to see their reaction to the landscape.

Next week I will try to browse my upper body training for 3 days instead of 2 because I tolerated my 2 -day program well. We’ll see how it works.

Or disturb the great scheme of things.
