More than 1,600 people lost their lives in Burma in the mighty earthquake of 7.7, which hit the region last Friday and also found Thailand, as can be seen from a new evaluation of the authorities on Saturday, while they multiply the efforts to search for survivors.
This flat earthquake, which increased its influence, was performed near Sagaing on Friday – a few minutes later, a size of 6.7 was followed. These tremors, who have been in Burma for decades, have caused scenes of chaos and devastation.
After the earthquake, international help is organized with rescue teams sent by countries like China. Financial aid was also announced for the two countries affected. China, the United States, South Korea, Ireland, India, Iran, Malaysia have promised to bring their help to Burma.
