Former basketball superstar Dennis Rodman has responded to his daughter Trinity Rodman’s brutal comments about his parenting.
Dennis has expressed on social media his desire to continue working to mend his relationship with Trinity, who plays for the United States women’s national soccer team.
Trinity recently made headlines when she revealed that Dennis had been absent from her life and detailed some of his excesses.

Dennis Rodman apologizes to Trinity Rodman
The former Hooper shared a montage of pictures of him and his children on his Instagram page on Thursday. In the post’s caption, the father of three apologized to Trinity: Write“I’m sorry I wasn’t the father you wanted, but either way I tried anyway and I’m still trying and I’ll never stop.”

Dennis added an FYI section to his post where he claimed to see Trinity playing all the time.
The former N.B.A Star wrote: “I actually flew in to watch you play and was told not to show up because I was with you instead and I just wanted to support you, so I watched you from my hotel balcony, just to make everyone happy.”
The NBA icon concluded by expressing his love for his children, writing, “I love all my children.”

Trinity Rodman says Dennis Rodman is ‘not a father’

The upset daughter stated that her father messed up family issues and never understood that people just wanted to be around him and make him happy. She concluded: “He’s always thinking about money, money, money.”
In addition to Trinity and DJ, Dennis Rodman also has a daughter, Alexis Rodman, whom he shares with his first wife, Annie Bakes. He and Bakes married in 1992 after dating for five years, but divorced after 82 days.
