The public prosecutor pointed out his relationship with an orthodontist in Texas, Dr. Karin Cain, as a motivation for the murder. Cain did not return Fox News Digitalās inquiries for comments. The defense said that the 47-year-old husband had extramarital matters throughout the coupleās marriage.
āKarin Cain was just like the others. It wasnāt a new obsession,ā said Whitham.
Together with a number of matters, Craig also allegedly used the Suching.com website, which claims itself as āJim and Wafflesā and claims a wealth of 10 million US dollars in search of āsugar babiesā.

While the prosecutors argued on Tuesday that Craigās suspected Google search, chemical orders and romantic messages warned of his alleged loved one of the intentions, Hyman warned that speculative interpretation of digital evidence is not always a slam dark.
āOne way to do this is to question the admissibility and reliability of the digital evidence. This can be opposed to the cross -interpretation or by a defense witnesses of the digital forensic and temporal reconstruction,ā she said.
The defense argued on Tuesday that the investigators operated ātunnel visionā and could not examine other leads. The defense said that Angelaās personal laptop had never been confiscated or searched, although the prosecutors who showed the pictures of her to use her from her hospital bed to explore symptoms.
āThe defense could argue that the unchecked laptop may contain information that is supported an alternative theory of events or possibly indicate another person and/or another timeline, āsaid Hyman.ā This omission can indicate an incomplete and/or biased investigation. ā
Hyman also noticed that the lack of direct physical evidence such as cyanid residues on containers or packaging could work for the advantage of defense.
āThe lack of direct physical evidence such as poison residues on the protein -shake containers or the victimās body presents an important argument for defense,ā she said.
