The government council approved on Thursday, the draft of the decree No. 2.24.920, to create the national commission for the administration of nuclear, radiological, biological and chemical risks, which was presented by the Interior Minister Abdelouafi Laftit.
This draft of the decree aims to set up a coordination framework between the various government departments and positions that the creation of a horizontal framework requires relationships with parliament, the government spokesman Mustapha Baitas, during a press point after consultation.
The draft of the decree also aims to set up an organic text that enables the creation of a national commission called “National Commission for the Management of Nuclear, Radiological, Biological and Chemical Risks”, he added.
