Cold brew mokka smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups (310 ml) cold brow coffee, frozen into cubes
- 1/2 cup (113 g) 2% simple Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup (118 ml) 2% milk or unsweetened almond milk
- 2 MedJool dates, displayed
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Directions
Pour the coffee into an ice cube bowl and freeze it for about 4 hours until you are firm.
Place the yogurt, milk, data, cocoa powder and vanilla in a mixer and process it smoothly. Scratch the mixer sides. Add the coffee ice cubes and mix them smoothly. Pour in glasses and serve immediately.
