Coconut and pineapple -moopie

Coconut and pineapple -moopie

Ingredients

  • 3/8 cup (40 g) rolled oats
  • 6.7 ounces (200 ml) unsweetened vanilla milk milk
  • 1/2 cup (100 g) frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons (10 g) unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/8 cup (15 g) chopped pecans

Directions

Put all the ingredients in a mixer and mix until they are smooth and creamy. Add additional oats and ice cubes for a thicker texture and then mix again until you are well combined.
