Coconut and pineapple -moopie
Ingredients
- 3/8 cup (40 g) rolled oats
- 6.7 ounces (200 ml) unsweetened vanilla milk milk
- 1/2 cup (100 g) frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons (10 g) unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/8 cup (15 g) chopped pecans
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a mixer and mix until they are smooth and creamy. Add additional oats and ice cubes for a thicker texture and then mix again until you are well combined.
