The Forbes Middle East Magazine has just published its classification of 100 business women and 20 most influential government employees in the Mena region. Classified business women are 32 activity sectors and represent 29 nationalities.
46 are emiratic, 18 are Egyptian and 9 are Saudi. Three Moroccans are there. The first is Meriem Bensalah, administrator, Vice President General Director of Oulmès Mineral Waters, who arrives on the 21st place. She follows by Salwa Idrissi Akhannouch, President of the Ace Support (23rd) and Lamia Tazi, President of Sothema (33 Th). Emirates Hana Al Rostamani, CEO of First Abu Dhabi Bank, at the top of the ranking.
Under government agents there is only one Moroccan, the owner of the Moroccan capital market authority (AMMC), Nezha Hayat, in the 13th position. Again the Emiraties won 11 out of 20 locations, followed by the Saudi Arabia (4) and the Egyptians (3). In the first position, Sheikha al Mayassa Bint Hamad Al Thani (Qatar), President of the Board of Directors of the authority of Qatar Museums.
