Raley’s announces new tenant for former store location in Land Park Neighborhood
As part of the company’s commitment to enhancing Freeport Boulevard,
Raley’s secured Chuze Fitness to occupy the space.
WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Raley’s is proud to announce the sublease of its former retail space at 4850 Freeport Boulevard to Chuze Fitness. With the upcoming expansion to include a state-of-the-art fitness and health club, the area continues to transform into a dynamic corridor full of diverse, community-oriented amenities.

Chuze Fitness offers state-of-the-art equipment, a variety of classes, amenities and a welcoming atmosphere to make fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone. The 35,000 square meter facility is expected to open to the public in summer 2026.

Raley’s flagship store opened in May 2020 and is located at 4690 Freeport Blvd. Since then, more than a dozen tenants have opened their doors at the busy shopping center. A significant additional tenant will be announced in the coming months.
