Despite this, Chrisley was reportedly released after posting a $10,000 bond.
Here’s why Chase ended up behind bars in Georgia
According to the outlet, Chase Chrisley’s battery charge stems from an incident that occurred at the Twin Peaks bar on Monday, January 6th. During his stay, Chrisley reportedly got into an argument with Brandon Nashthe manager of the bar.
Additionally, the 911 audio reportedly shows Nash’s account of the incident and how he presumably tells Chrisley not to “touch” him.
“…The police are coming” You can probably hear Nash telling Chrisley about it on the 911 call. “…Don’t touch me! Don’t touch me!”
As Nash continues to speak to the operator, another voice can be heard saying: “I don’t have to touch you – I don’t have to touch you!”
Additionally, Nash claimed that Chrisley “attacked” him after he politely asked Chrisley to leave.
“All I want is for him to go” Nash told the operator.
Eventually, Nash realized that Chrisley was “very drunk” and punched him in the face.

According to the outlet, Chase Chrisley’s attorneys, Drew Findling, Marissa Goldberg and Zack Findling, told the outlet:
“This incident is completely disproportionate. Chase Chrisley had done the right thing that night by calling a driver to take him home. He didn’t attack anyone. Chase tried to clear his bill and leave. We will investigate the situation independently.”
