I made some progress last week. Now I rarely have sciatica pain in my leg. There is still pain in the left hip and sacroiliac joint, but at least the nerve isn’t pinched. My one-way trips last up to an hour, which is enough to relax. I also carefully strength train the muscles around the hips, which is well tolerated. I won’t push it any further until I see my orthopedist on Monday and hear what he says. However, I am quite happy with the progress so far and since I have already suffered a setback, I see no reason to take the risk of a faster renovation.
