By the end of 2025, there will be more than 2,370 Amazigh-speaking agents in operation

Minister Delegate Amal El Fallah Seghrouchni announced to the House of Representatives that 2,373 Amazigh-speaking agents will be deployed by the end of 2025 to promote the Amazigh language.

There are currently 464 agents in office, with plans to recruit 1,840 agents this year. The Amazigh language already appears on 3,000 signs in seven administrations, and efforts are underway to add more than 1,000, including in embassies.

In addition, 10 official websites have integrated it in an experimental phase and an online learning platform for students is under development.

The government is also committed to translating plenary sessions and press conferences in Amazigh, while supporting various cultural activities.

In addition, it signed 13 partnership agreements to formalize the language and revised the framework of the Public Administration Modernization Fund to facilitate its use.
