The Impic has generalized the platform for the creation of companies with electronic means to the entire area that can be exceeded via www.directentreprise.ma. This platform enables all administrative procedures for the creation of online companies in coordination with the Ministry of Justice, General Tax General Tax and the CNS.
Since its introduction, more than 12,000 companies have been created electronically, and more than 2,400 experts have registered for the use of online services. After a pilot phase in Rabat in 2023, the project was extended to several cities in 2024 before being generalized nationally.
This initiative is based on a structuring legal reform, including three laws, two decrees and two orders that aim to simplify the administrative procedures, to improve the business environment and promote investments.
