But in the premiere of the second season she is well outside of the character: she grabs Willow, she is cruel for Cordelia and she is cool for Angel and goes so far with him to annoy her undead friend.
If you are one Buffy Fan, who for the first time “When she was bad”, you probably spend a large part of the episode when you shout the TV and ask why the hunter suddenly became so indifferent and common in summer. However, it turns out that all this is a manifestation of Buffy’s trauma from her fight with the master, and she returns to her old herself after smashing the bones of the vampire and effectively destroys all chances that he resorted to dark magic. For the most part, this is a respected episode that is ironic because it is the core aspect of the 6th season that hated so many.
It is easy to isolate individual elements of the sixth season that hated countless fans, including Buffy’s terrible relationship with Spike (one that culminated in attempted rape). However, this relationship and other bad decisions are made by the fact that Buffy’s friends resumed them after their death of the 5th season; They argued that she could be in a hell dimension, but Buffy later revealed that she had accidentally pulled her out of the sky. In combination with the trauma of Buffy’s mother who died last season, the Slayers set up the season in a depressive state when she asked everyday things like Bills and undead monsters.
In view of what we know about Buffy in season 6, it is fair to say that “if she was bad”, that she later shows how she reacts to trauma by making bad decisions, especially romantic.
