Britain, Canada, Germany and others condemn Israel’s settlement expansion in the West Bank

The United Kingdom, Canada, Germany and several other countries on Wednesday condemned Israel’s decision to approve 19 new settlements in the occupied West Bank. They said the move violated international law and risked further fueling instability. They called on the Israeli government to reverse the decision.
