Brighton manager Fabian Hurzeler says that his team will fully concentrate on winning the FA Cup this season – starting against Newcastle on Sunday.
The seagulls have taken the ninth and sixth place in the last two seasons and are currently in eighth place in the Premier League, only four points from the top 4.
But you still have to get a great honor and lose the FA Cup final in a repetition from Manchester United in 1983, and Hurzeler says that it must be a priority.

He said, “First of all, that’s my job. I always try to give everything for the club, and of course I always want the club to be the most successful that we can be.
“This is my job together with the employees and players, and that’s why we try.
“We promise everyone that we will try to give everything on the square and next to the field to make them proud, but we cannot promise to win a title.
That is what we work on and what we try in our daily behavior, and then we will see what will come in the future. “
Brighton occurs in good shape on Sunday with four wins in a row after 7-0 in Nottingham Forest at the beginning of February.
Newcastle fought a week without a talisman striker Alexander Isak, but Hurzeler says that his side will prepare as if the Swede would be fit.
Eddie Howe about Alex Isak:
“I haven’t seen him since the game, we don’t believe that it is a long -term problem, but no risk was taken on Wednesday, and it cannot be in this level of the season. We will see how he is today and is being discussed with him, he will … pic.twitter.com/xc06Tixqzf

He said: “He (Isak) is a special player – a player who can make the difference. You cannot replace such a player because not every team has two, three or four players of this quality.
“That’s why it’s another game if he won’t play, but now we don’t know, so we really have to prepare as if Isak is starting. We have to prepare for his actions, his behavior and how we want to defend this together as a group.
“You can’t play and say that he won’t play. I am sure you will try everything to make him fit for the game and we have to be ready. “
