A US elementary school student has been hailed as a hero after saving his classmate from choking on a grape.
Eight-year-old Thomas Conley was sitting next to Isaiah Rodriguez in the cafeteria at Porter Elementary School when he noticed the medical emergency.
Video footage from the hall in Mesa, Arizona, shows Thomas performing the life-saving Heimlich maneuver on his friend before any adult had even realized Isaiah was in danger.
