Powerdot 2.0 Duo for 349 US dollars: The Powerdot 2.0 muscle stimulator Uses neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NME) and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) to relieve muscle pain, cramps and even Menstrual cramps. They simply attach a reusable pad (or pads) to the muscle, and the device connects magnetically to the pad. The associated app offers you the opportunity to control the intensity or to select a certain session that is tailored to your requirements. The key is to start low and gradually increase the intensity based on your tolerance. During my first two days of heavy period cramp, I found that the power dot provided temporary relief. If you want to treat several or larger areas (such as your stomach), I would recommend the Duo version. My beef with this device is that it tends to separate the middle of the session.
Theraface Sleepmask for 99 US dollars: I tested a few sleep masks and the Theraface Sleepmask is one of my favorites. It vibrates with three patterns to take your brain into a deeper break. The contoured upholstery feels plush, and the adjustable strap keeps the mask in place and does not pull on my hair, even if I can move at night. I fight to fall asleep with it, but when I wake up in the middle of the night, I just tap the button to start a session, and it usually brings me back. This means that the vibrations are almost too subtle, they hardly feel them. You will notice that the mask is quite audible and not as calming as a white noise engine. So if you are a light sleeper, this may be a dealbreaker.
Theraface Pro for 299 US dollars: The Theraface Pro contains six removable magnetic heads for cleaning, micro, percussive massage and LED light therapy blue light for acne, red light and infrared for anti-aging. One WIRED Writer tried it the unusual facial device and said your skin Was Soft and brighter, but she noticed that no studies prove that microstrom is effective facial treatment. You don’t have to spend $ 400 for a skin care product, but if you can afford it and like to be pampered-and you are not using it for a week and then forget it in a drawer-is nice to have a few tools in one.
Theragun Pro 5. Gen for 399 US dollars: Therabody still sells some older generations and renovated models directly. These are probably all still great. You may also find older models for sale at Amazon. Although we haven’t tried them all, we think that the price matters. Everything that is published older than in 2019 or 2020 may not be worth it unless the price is shockingly low. This professional came out in 2022, so it is still a solid device for athletes. If you find it for sale and do not need the latest updates, you should be satisfied with this via the Pro Plus.
Theragun Prime 4. Gen for 299 US dollars: We have not tested the Prime, but based on its specifications, it is in the middle of Theraguns Pack. This is probably not the best for a professional athlete who constantly works your body for the maximum, but it is more than sufficient for everyday pain.
