Best Morocco biscuits (BBM), a subsidiary of the Anouar Invest Group, consolidate its production capacities. The company has just opened the expansion of the Soualem Factory and presented an important step in its industrial development.
This inauguration took place in the presence of Ryad Mezzour, Minister of Industry and Trade, the top management of the group as well as several representatives of local and governmental authorities. This extension project mobilized a total investment of more than 420 million DH, which was carried out in the period 2022-2025. It contains production lines of wafflee (pickers) and sponge cake as well as a new chocolate factory unit. With this regime climb, the industrialist satisfies the growing demand for the national and international market. Ultimately, this project will enable the creation of 700 direct jobs and 3,500 indirect jobs, which contributes significantly to the local economy and underlines top management.
For mezzour, the department supports the upscale actors in the industry through this project and consolidates the dynamics of imports and the creation of added value. “The Ministry will continue to support Moroccan manufacturers who deal with innovation, local production and export.”he said.

BBM has also concluded a new agreement with the Ministry on the introduction of an investment program that aims to carry out a new production unit and the installation of new production lines for the development of the biscuit market and the upgrade for waffles, cookies and sponge cakes. Total costs of the investment: 275 million DH. This project will create 300 direct jobs and, in addition to Morocco, the development of exports to Mauritania, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Guinea Conakry, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Yemen, France and Canada.
