Many of these formulas come from high-end skin care brands, and some are also available from drugstores. I’m not saying you need You’re better off buying the more expensive options, but if you do, you’ll usually get a better formula that suits your skin type, feels lightweight, and blends well.
Dry skin: Use sunscreens that contain moisturizing ingredients such as aloe, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, coconut water, sunflower oil, or various fruit extracts. Depending on how dry your skin is, sunscreen can be applied in addition to moisturizer or alone.
Oily skin: Avoid sunscreens that are not oil-free. You don’t want to contribute to the total oil. Look for sunscreens labeled “non-comedogenic,” meaning they won’t clog pores.
