BeachComber and Jamed invest in the expansion of the Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech


The BeachComber Group, which works under the BeachComber Resorts & Hotels brand, and in investment management in the brand for investment management, cancel the conclusion of a strategic partnership via the Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech Hotel. This partnership is based on a “sales and lease-back” operation and an investment program for expanding the existing complex.

As part of the “Sale-and Lease-Back” operation, the 134 Keys Hotel is transferred to an OPCI, with a participation of 49% for the beach comber group and 51% for Hamed Fund, a investment structured by Cream Investment , Management is structured.

At the same time, a luxury hotel with 150 keys is built in a new investment program alongside Fairmont Royal Palm, which is financed by a 51% distribution for the sloping fund, 40% for the beach comber group and 9% for Domaine Palm Marrakech. The two hotels are operated under the Fairmont Hotels and Resorts brand.

This partnership is part of the quick growth dynamics of the Moroccan tourism sector and enables the BeachComber group to strengthen their presence and call investment management in order to diversify their portfolio with investments in hotel assets.
