Rabat-Die agency of the BayT Mal Al-Quds and the Palestinian Ministry of Social Development signed an agreement to support and amputated children affected by the Israeli war against Gaza on Monday.

As part of this agreement, the two parties will work together on social projects to help Children who lost members due to the war. The aim is to help them live a normal life and to provide them with psychological support through the psychiatric clinic of the agency.

The agreement also includes programs for support casters children who are registered with the ministry as part of the orphan sponsoring project of al-Quds.

The genocide war against Gaza has caused immense destruction and claimed the life of tens of thousands of civilians. According to the Gaza Ministry of Health, there were more than 38,000 children orphaned Since the war started in October 2023.

The UN office for coordinating humanitarian matters showed that the largest number of amputated people in modern history houses in Gaza.

The agreement was signed in Ramallah by Mohamed Salem Cherkaoui, the director who is responsible for the administration of Bayt Al-Quds Agency and the Palestinian Minister of Social Development Samah Hamad. Morocco’s ambassador in Palestine, Abdel Rahim Meziane, took part in the ceremony.

During the ceremony, Hamad said that the agreement intended to support endangered Child victim of the devastating war. She thanked the agency for her humanitarian efforts to support the people in Al Quds (Jerusalem) and other victims of the war.

In the meantime, Cherkaoui found that the Agreement is part of Morocco’s efforts to help the Palestinians in Gaza recover from the effects of the war under the direction of King Mohammed VI. The initiative is financed by the Morocco’s Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration and Family with a grant of 200,000 US dollars, he said.

Cherkaoui added that the agreement defines how the agency for orphaned children will take care of in Al Quds, a project that has been taking place since 2008. She also treats psychological support for the needy through an online clinic for mental health. He added partner centers in Jerusalem and Gaza personally, he added.
