BAM: Stable reserves and increase from dirham compared to the euro

Bank al-Magrib (BAM) published its weekly indicators for the week from March 20 to 26, 2025 and emphasized the dirham against the main currencies.

The dirham estimated 1.5% compared to the euro and 0.4% compared to the US dollar. The official reserve assets remained almost stable at 367.6 billion dirhams (MMDH) and entered 2% in the annual glide. In addition, no assessment company was carried out at the foreign exchange market.

The volume of the BAM interventions set 143.5 mmdh a day. During the demand for tenders of March 26, the central bank injected 66.5 mmdh in the form of progress after 7 days.
