Our latest round of the rainstorms has run through (we have five centimeters rain, yay!) So that I could get back into my regular training routine with longer trips, and it felt great. As I mentioned in mine last post I got the starting signal from my document to take up strength training again, so I did Thursday and I also enjoyed returning there. I made longer and tougher trips on Tuesday and yesterday to challenge, but fun. In the other days I made easy trips.
I had in the period when I had a bad flare up sciatica That made me cut back a lot when moving. I am looking forward to working back on and looking forward to returning to my “fighting weight” in a few more weeks.
