
Protein shakes are an easy way to drink a hefty dose of leafy greens while disguised as a creamy green shake. This is just sweet enough thanks to the banana and kiwi and also deliciously creamy thanks to the yogurt and avocado.
Avocado, kale and spinach protein shake
Ingredients
- 1 cup (244 g) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup (245 g) non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 1 medium kiwi, peeled
- 2 cups (50g) spinach
- 1 cup (50 g) kale, packed
- 1 scoop of whey protein powder
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
