Afriquia GAZ will hold its annual normal general assembly on March 12, 2025 to validate several decisions, including the appointment of Mohamed Karim Mounir, former CEO of the BCP, as an independent administrator.
This resolution is one of the resolutions on the agenda. In total, the board of directors will consist of 10 members.
