At least one dead in Russian attack on Kiev after Ukraine attacked the Rostov border region

A Russian missile attack killed one person and damaged buildings across Kiev, local officials said on Friday, after a series of explosions rocked the Ukrainian capital. Moscow said the attacks were in response to an earlier Ukrainian attack on the Rostov border region.
