Are you looking for a specific recent call? Try this iOS 18 hack
It can be frustrating to scroll through the Recent Calls tab to find the right call on your iPhone. But with that iOS 18 Hack allows you to find this call more quickly in your current call history.
Apple released iOS 18 in September and the update included many new features, such as a customizable home screen and RCS messaging. A search bar has also been introduced in your iPhone’s Phone app, making it easy to search your call history and voicemails. Before iOS 18, your Phone app’s Recent Calls tab was a running list of all calls made to and from your iPhone. But now you can easily browse the list so you don’t have to scroll through it unnecessarily.

Here’s what you should know about using the search feature in your iPhone’s Recents tab.
Can I search for recent calls on my iPhone?
With iOS 18, yes. To search your recent calls, go to your Phone app and tap Youngest at the bottom of the menu. Tap the search bar at the top of the page to open a new menu of sections Calls And Voicemails. Both options also have the ability to do this View all.
You can use the search bar to search for a specific contact’s name, number, or date. For example, if you enter “Mom” or “Dad,” you will see all of your mom or dad’s calls and voicemails, as well as their contact card. If you type “August” or “July” in the search bar, all calls and voicemails from that month will appear.
You can also enter a specific date, for example “5. July,” which will show calls and voicemails from that specific date.
