Rabat – Morocco’s role in the defense of the Palestinian cause always praise international political meetings. On Wednesday, Arab Foreign Minister Morocco praised an important role in supporting Jerusalem.
The Arab officials entered Cairo for the 163rd meeting of the Arab league at the ministerial level, under the chair of King Mohammed VI, because of their ongoing efforts to protect the Holy City in the middle of Israeli violations.
Morocco’s lead over Jerusalem
The Arab Foreign Minister supported the work of the body of the Jerusalem Committee, Bayt, Al-Quds Agency. The Arab Ministerial Committee commissioned to confront illegal Israeli politics in Jerusalem at the meeting of the meeting held the ninth meeting, in which the members reminded the importance of King Mohammed VI in Jerusalem questions.

Morocco has consistently urged an interlibyic dialogue to solve the continued political crisis, which rejects any foreign interference in the problem.
Morocco’s human rights management
In addition to the leading role of Morocco in human rights, the Arab Foreign Minister welcomed the election of the North African country as President of the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions (Ganhri).
This service was carried out during the Allianz General Assembly in March on the edge of the 58th meeting of the Human Rights Council in Geneva and further strengthens the international position of the country on human rights issues.
The election of Morocco was previously supported by Ganhris three other regional groups, which confirmed the country’s position as a leader in defending human rights.
Upcoming Arabic summit
At the ministerial meeting, several political, economic and social issues as well as developments in current Arab and international issues, especially with regard to Palestine, were discussed. Officials checked the precautions for the upcoming Arabic summit, which is planned for May 17th in Baghdad.
A delegation under the direction of the Morocco Ambassador in Egypt Mohammed Ait Ouali and the constant representative of the country in the Arab league represented the North African country at the meeting.
The delegation also included Abdelali Al-Jahiz, head of the Department of Arabic and Islamic Organizations at the Foreign Ministry, the African Cooperation and the Moroccan Expatriates as well as Hisham Wald al-Salai, deputy representative of Morocco in the Arab league.
