On Tuesday, Apple introduced a spring-inspired update to its accessories. The company announced Upgrades in the iPad line -upincluding the air and entry models. However, it also revealed a outbreak of fresh, lively colors for accessories such as Apple Watch bands and suitcases for the iPad and the iPhone.
Apple informed CNET that its silicone housing options for the iPhone 16 are now available in four new colors: peony (pink), periwinkle (blue), aquamarine (green) and mandarins (orange). The cases that are MAGSAFE compatible are also available for the iPhone 16 Pro, the iPhone 16 Pro Plus and the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
In the meantime, the 79 dollar case for the iPad now comes in Sky (blue), white, watermelon (pink red) and lemonade (yellow).
New colors also combine several Apple Watch collections. The braided solo loop -Huhr -Band (99 US dollars) is now available in peony and aquamarine, while the Solo loop (49 US dollars) is available in Periwinkle and Northern Lights (green). The 49 dollar -Sport -Band -LineUp is refreshed with periwinkle and mandarin, while the sports loop (49 US dollars) is now available in sage (green).
Periwinkle Blue is a new option for the Apple Watch Series 10 Sport Band.
Jitesh Ubrani, a research manager of the market research company IDC, said that the new accessories were part of Appleās recurring efforts to arouse interest in certain products months after purchases.
āThe spring color setup covers well with updates in the fashion industry and helps Apple in the position of the watch as a fashion accessories in addition to a health and fitness device,ā Ubrani told CNET. āThe same applies to the new telephone case. It is difficult to say whether this moves the needle for Apple Watch Sales, but marketing helps to keep the brand fresh and put it in the foreground.ā
