Almost every nation on earth misses the deadline for new climate

Almost every nation on the planet missed a UN period on Monday to submit new goals for reducing their carbon emissions. The global emissions almost have to halve by the end of the decade to limit the rising global temperatures to the levels agreed as part of the Paris Agreement.
