Alexis Bellino Reveals Bravo Fired Her After ‘RHOC’ Season 18!

In a recent appearance on the become an apostate podcast, Alexis confirmed her departure and shared her thoughts about her not being included in the next chapter. “I wasn’t asked back for next season” Alexis openly admitted. Although the news wasn’t entirely unexpected, the timing did surprise her.
“I can’t say it was a shock – it wasn’t a shock. It was a hard conversation. … I think I wasn’t really prepared (because) I didn’t think contracts were going to happen – I thought we had more time,” she explained.
“It was a shock when the call came, but I was never shocked by that information.” Despite the pain of rejection, Alexis found a silver lining on the horizon. “It was a bit of a relief. I mean, nobody wants rejection and nobody wants to hear that they won’t ask you back,” she shared.
“But it’s already happened to me. This happened to me in season 8. I’ve been there, done that!” When I think about her most recent job, Nice admitted that she felt like she received a “villain cut” during the season.
Alexis Bellinos feud with Shannon Beador and her staunch defense of her fiancé John Janssen just fueled the drama. Her tension likely played a key role in her unexpected firing The Real Housewives of Orange County.
Alexis was hoping for a solution that would allow everyone to stay on the show. “I still thought maybe there was a way to make sure everyone came back. But you know, the cards played out the way they did,” she said.
“How do they bring back someone who isn’t a fan favorite versus the fan favorite?” Alexis added, seemingly appreciative Shannon’s Strong presence on the show. “And I understand that.”
While Alexis appears to be handling the news with grace, her exit leaving fans wondering what could have been.
