Stephen Baldwin may be busy promoting his appearance on the third season of Fox’s Special Forces: The World’s Toughest Test, but it looks like he’ll be appearing on another TV show in the near future: the new reality series from his big brother Alec Baldwin.
In a recent interview with People In The Unusual Suspects magazine published on New Year’s Eve, The Unusual Suspects actor teased a possible appearance on the TLC show. “We’ll see,” he said, adding, “I don’t know if they’re ready for Grandpa yet, but we’ll see.”

Stephen Baldwin is grandfather to Hailey Bieber’s new baby
After tying the knot in 2018, his daughter Hailey Bieber and her husband Justin Bieber gave birth to a baby boy named Jack last year. Stephen told the publication that he couldn’t be happier to be a grandfather, pointing out that it was “the best” feeling in the world.
“Jack Blues is here. He’s just a little muffin, eats like a pig and looks cuter than ever!” he gushed.
Justin first announced the news to the world with a snapshot of his baby’s foot wrapped in a plush blanket. “Welcome home Jack Blues Bieber,” he wrote in all caps. The post received congratulations from celebrities including Simone Biles, Kylie Jenner and Khloe Kardashian.

“Alec Baldwin had to be convinced” to film the show
While the Saturday Night Live alum is no stranger to cameras, he was apparently uncomfortable hosting one in his own living room. A source told People magazine that the “Supercell” actor “didn’t feel comfortable in the spotlight” while filming the new reality show and “took a bit of convincing to do the show” before he finally agreed to take part.
His wife Hilaria apparently played a large part in her decision to bring their seven young children to the screen, as she often used her Instagram page as a platform for parenting advice and other household tips. A source said she wants to use the reality show to share her “strong marriage” with the world.

“The best thing about them is that they don’t distort the bad,” the insider explained. “They are very honest about how messy life is, but they see it as a beautiful mess.”

Hilaria Baldwin wants to share more “mom life” with the world
Another insider said it previously People magazine that Hilaria was “excited” to let the world see into her living room.
“She can’t wait to share more about her family life,” the source revealed. “She knows she lives a privileged life, but she still has to juggle and prioritize like many mothers.”
“Family life with all the children is chaotic,” they added. “But Hilaria is great at managing everything.”
Alec Baldwin’s wife shares tips on how to balance life
Hilaria reportedly wants to use the show to advocate for “moms to have time for themselves too” and to “prioritize” both “solo time with Alec” and “her own health and well-being.”
“She’ll share her everyday tips for balancing life,” the source continued, adding that she “strongly believes that a strong marriage makes everyone happier.”
The insider further shared that Alec and Hilaria are “having a lot of fun together” on camera and “seeing them together as a team will be a pleasure.”
The “Beetlejuice” actor previously said this Associated Press that the series will premiere in January 2025; However, TLC has not announced an official release date yet.
