The higher council for education, training and scientific research (CSEFRS) has a report entitled “With the title” “Al-Madrassa al-Jadida: A new social contract for education”. This document aims to redefine the Moroccan education system by a strategic vision based on justice, quality and social progress.
The report identifies seven important topics, including the government of schools, the relationship with the local environment and the administration as well as the revision of the educational model. It underlines the importance of an integrated approach, far from isolated sectoral guidelines.
In addition, the need for harmonized data is emphasized in order to ensure effective management of the education system and social mobilization to strengthen reforms.
This report is part of the continuity of the royal orientations and aims to build a modern, integrative school that has adapted to future challenges.
