Afriquia GAZ announces that it has created a bond program of private investments for a total amount of 600 million DH from qualified investors. This operation was structured in a single tranche that can ultimately be reimbursed after a period of 5 years, said Afriquia Gaz in a press release. It will enable the company to diversify its sources of financing, reduce debt costs, finance future investment projects and to renew the due bond loan in 2025.
