This roadmap comprises three axes: the implementation of the four framework agreements signed on the edge of the Assises, the implementation of the recommendations resulting from this event and the conclusion of the use of the measures initiated in the period of the previous mandate.

With regard to the first axis, Laftit recalled the framework agreement on the acceleration of the advanced regionalization, which was signed by the relevant ministerial departments and the president of the regional councils and which aims to enable a methodology to determine the procedural mechanisms in order to implement the advanced regionalization make possible . In the field of water, the framework agreement aims to determine a general framework for the programming and implementation of projects in partnership between the ministries concerned, the regions and other partners. The contribution of the regions will be 11 billion DH.

The 3rd framework contract includes the contribution of the regions is 3.66 billion DH and that of the Interior Ministry via the support fund for urban and urban road traffic to 7.32 billion DH. In addition, there is the framework agreement for the treatment of household waste and assimilated waste for the period 2025-2034 with total costs of 27 billion DH, the Interior Ministry, which contributes to a contribution of 2.5 billion DH and regions at 2.33 billion DH.

With regard to the 2nd axis in connection with the implementation of the recommendations of the 2nd edition of the National Assices, LAFTIT said that they are divided into general and specific recommendations, so that it is possible to draw the roadmap in development. With regard to the conclusion of the implementation of the measures and procedures initiated during the previous mandate, the minister emphasized that this in particular the activation of the interregional solidarity fund and the social for upgrade fund, the continuation of the support efforts for local authorities Government, improving access to social services and accelerating digital transformation.
