Accor: A new record year


The Accor Group has sales of 5,606 million euros in 2024, an increase of 11% compared to 2023.

The Luxe & Lifestyle Division recorded an increase of 19%, while the premium, the middle and economic department, increases by 5%.

The acquisitions of Potel & Chabot and Rikas contribute positively up to 223 million euros, while the exchange fluctuations have a negative impact by 117 million euros.

The Revpar recorded an increase of 5.7% and sales reached 5,606 million eruos or 11% more.

EBITDA rises by 12% to 1,120 million euros, and the group opened 293 hotels and offers 50,000 new rooms.

In the PM & E department, the Revpar rose by 4%, while it increases by 10%in Luxe & Lifestyle. The group continues its organic growth thanks to the opening of new facilities and a strong commitment to sustainable development.

In Europe and North Africa, the Revpar has increased by 2%, although the differences between the countries are remarkable.

In the United Kingdom, growth remains low, while Revpar in Germany exceeds that of France and the United Kingdom.
