The Aarke is Swedish, which was designed by Sweden in the Swedish modernist design tradition. But it also looks a bit as if a full of Turkish tea service has been reinterpreted as a shiny new gas plant. It fulfills me with longing for a life that I do not lead: functional, clean, freed from the disorder of a world that is characterized by trivial disappointments.

The Aarke is part of a quiet renaissance under a drip brewer, which had been out of the way in the luxury world through espresso and spout for a long time.
