Working out with a friend or family will make the workout more fun and you’ll be more willing to do it with someone who will do it with you. Schedule regular training sessions with a friend or family member to keep each other up to date. Having them with you will keep you accountable and motivated.

Even though most girls from the LSF community If you live in different cities, states and countries, the LSF Babe can provide you with a virtual training partner for long distance training who can help you stay motivated and accountable. You can schedule exercise time at the same time to have more fun and motivate each other!
5. Set small, achievable goals
Instead of focusing on one big, daunting goal, break it down into smaller, more achievable micro-goals. Celebrate your progress along the way and use these small successes to stay motivated and on track.
