Chia peach overnight oats

These cinnamon-spiced overnight oats can be made with your choice of milk and only require 8 ingredients. Garnished with fresh, juicy peaches, they are the perfect breakfast on the go. For an extra boost of flavor, try toasting the pecans.

Chia peach overnight oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk or milk alternative
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped peaches
  • 1/2 cup fat-free Greek peach yogurt or a milk alternative with no added sugar
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pecans, toasted if desired
  • 3 thin peach slices

Directions

Add oatmeal to the container. Pour in milk and spread chopped peaches on the oatmeal. Stir chia seeds and cinnamon into the yogurt. Layer over peaches. Refrigerate overnight. Top with pecans and peach slices.
