Protein cucumber -dip
Portions: 6
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of mushroom cheese
- 1/2 cup without fat -free Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of chopped dill cucumbers
- 1 el. or more cucumber juice
- 1 tl. Lemon juice
- 1 handful of chopped fresh dill
- 3 or 4 chopped chives
- Sprinkle the ranch spears to taste (contains salt)
- Slow salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tl. Garlic powder
- 1/2 tl. Onion powder
- 1/4 cup of bratzen
Instructions:
- Mix the base: Stir the mixed cottage cheese and the Greek yogurt smooth in a medium -sized bowl.
- Add taste: fold the chopped cucumbers, chives, dill, cucumber juice, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, ranch spice, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine. Cover and cool at least 1 hour so that the flavors can merge. If the slump after cooling seems too thick to breathe in more cucumber juice to achieve the desired consistency.
- End and serve: Before serving the dip with fried onions, a few additional chopped cucumbers and a sprinkle of fresh dill. Serve with your preferred raw vegetables or chips.
