Story:
“Honest, I almost didn’t submit my story Because I wasn’t 100% “perfect” during the challenge. But then I realized: “Well, that’s the point, isn’t it?” Life will not always be perfect, and we won’t. It is in these imperfect moments that we need to Jungt back and adhere to the foundations.
I started strongly, but around the 6th week of the challenge I had to undergo unexpected operation, which took me out for the rest of the challenge. Despite the roadblocks, I followed the basics of the LSF HBMP and I’m now I’m now 12 pound lighter And a total of 12.5 inches smaller! If you take something out of my story, let it be the following: Don’t let a little swallow ruin your entire trip! I could have thrown and abandon the towel, but I didn’t, and the results are more than amazing. You don’t have to be 100% perfect to see results.
The “old I” would have given up the moment I had operated on and thought: “Fuck, I can’t be 100% perfect, so what is it about?” But that became clear to me LSF is not just a different diet or a different fashion – it is really a lifestyle and a waiting more! In these last 8 weeks I have proven this and hopefully for everyone who travels my trip on Instagram. I never felt better (or saw) and the trust that I have now is invaluable.

“Life has changed for me in the past three years. I have founded a family and now two wonderful babies, two and a half years old and a nine months old. When my family grew, it also grown my body. I grown babies, but also added a considerable weight. After I have my daughter, I came my daughter. Really struggle with losing weight And kept about 15 pounds more than the one I started. After my son I only added what I had already won, but this time I wanted to stop considering weight loss as a unique goal, but as a lifestyle that could be maintained. I lost 8 lbs During this challenge and now I’m now Under my privacy weight For my son !!
But that’s not what is most important to me. In addition to my before and after pictures for this challenge, I have one Before and after the way of thinking. Before I thought that if I didn’t stick to my plan, I am a failure. I could restart just as well tomorrow. After I think If I don’t stick to my plan, it’s okay, I am a person! I could just as well Find joy at the moment because I’m still on my trip!
For me, this challenge was not about being perfect (although hello hello 55 -tage -app training series!), It was about having that Discipline to press me and stay consistent while grace accepts when things are not “perfect”. There were days when I didn’t have the energy to go everything, but I still found a way to move and give what I could. There were days when I enjoyed an ice cream with my daughter, but I still made sure that I reached my protein goals and made a vegetable with every meal. I am so proud of what I have achieved in the past 8 weeks, but what is even more important, I am proud of the framework that I have set up to further achieve my goals and Become the best version and the model for my children and my husband!“

“SSD was a challenge for eye openings For me because it was my first 8 -week challenge in the LSF community. I had to sit down with myself and evaluate what thought back to be happy in my skin and really try my diet. I Cut out excessive alcohol and try to consciously aware of what calories have taken into account and get out! I 1000% I rose my activity With the bonus movements, app training sessions and daily, at least one mile go at work or with my dog. I stopped making excuses And began digging into my discipline reserve, something that has not been used for a long time.
A big change that I implemented this challenge was actually Entry to an accountability group. It was nice to see how other women made the same things through the planning and feeling of burned out, etc., but we Keep appearing for us! Very inspiring! I tried new training techniques and fell in love with the body that moves back into the body For 20-30 minutes, not only to improve my physical appearance, but also to promote mental perception and mood! I am a Full dear welding fitness creditor since 2019 And you simply impress me with the quality and quantity of the challenges to keep us motivated and look our best. “
