For today’s post I wanted to talk a little about travel wellness-must-haves. Some people pack super light and I want: “How can I do my mini pillow Somatic So doesn’t it break? “
Maybe one day I will be a hand luggage, but at the moment I only have too many things I like to have with myself. I tried to concentrate exclusively on the essentials for this post and have taken up all wellness delicacies that I bring with my trips. Affiliate links are included at the bottom because many of them are products that I have used and loved for many years. Thank you for supporting the blog by shopping my links!
If you have to add favorites to the list, please leave them in the comments below!

Compression socks
These are such a gamuchanger for long flights and drives. I can’t live without them because they really help with the circulation and reduce swelling. I will also get up and go at least every few hours unless I sleep. I will wear an overall or comfortable pants when I travel (no leggings) so that nobody can say that I am in full grandma compression mode. These are the best.
Remaining eye masks
These are one of mine who cannot live with eye care products, but they are amazing for the overall wellness, especially if they deal with dry eyes on flights. I use one every morning. They help to open the oil glands and increase oil production in their eyes what they smear, and it is super relaxing. Try it out here.
Hand disinfectant
I don’t think we should abuse handmat dangers, but I think it is important if you have children and you are touching everything and are traveling. There are not always comfortable areas available to wash your hands, and that’s mine Favorite handicraft disinfectant, This is super gentle for the skin, is not overly fragrant and moisturizing.
Supplementary containers and nutritional supplements
I always travel with nutritional supplements. My practical small supplementary container. I don’t think you should take dietary supplements without functional tests to see what your body actually needs. I took a lot of nutritional supplements, but after testing and targeted protocols, I take a handful of tests every day.
Here is a link to my favorite supplement.
For daily nutritional supplements I find some that I always include for the trip: MelatoninPresent Daily nutritional support, Digestive enzymesPresent Organifi Greens (Code Fitnessista)and a Binder.
Eye mask
You never know what the lighting situation in hotels will look like, and I also want to have an eye mask for long flights. I will bring in some earphones, add an eye mask, I will also take Melatonin Everyone on travel days and evening night. Vivarays makes an amaaaaaazing eye mask.
Travel humidifier
One of the simplest healthy habits for my eyes and my skin has the daily humidifier.I use the full size version at homeBut when I travel I use this smaller travel moisture. Aircraft air is so dry and can also be helpful in hotels. Here is the link to my favorite (Code Fitnessista).
SPF
I am usually reserved on the make-up when traveling unless we are for dinner, but SPF is not negotiable every day. This is my moisture-specific SPF moisture cream. It adds a little cover with anti-aging properties and sun protection (code fitnessista).
Lmnt
I have one LMNT each. My favorite aromas are raspberry and citrus fruits, and I will keep some packages in my hand luggage and put more in my suitcase. We have them on subscription from the Thrive Market.
Clearly filtered water bottle
Water always outlines me a bit when we travel. It’s okay when we arrive at our destination (we have large glass bottles of water in the hotel), but at the airport you have the selection of water dispensers (tap water) or plastic bottles. The perfect solution: clearly filtered. This bottle filters over 300 contaminants and the water tastes fantastic. We use and love too Your pitcher at home.
Blue Light Blocking glasses
When you travel, you are surrounded by Florescent and LED lights at the airport and on the plane. I love to carry my 4-in-1 glasses all day long, especially the red lentils before I go to sleep. Here is my link for the best (Code Fitnessista).
Nude pillow
I tried so many travel visits and This is my favorite ever.
I can support it against the window and get high -quality sleep in flight. The last time we went to Spain, I slept almost all the way from Phoenix to London and landed refreshed and landed awake!
Red light mask
This is so portable, light and easy to pack. I just make sure that I can pillow it so that it is not crushed in the suitcase. Take a look at it here and use Fitnessista15. I use this a few times a week and notice a difference in the brightness and texture of my skin when it is part of my routine.
Ok friends, please share your travel wellness-must-haves! Is there anything without you can’t live?
I always wish I could bring mine Pemf mat with me and discuss the packing of the Lumebox For our next big trip. 😉
Xoxo
